Rentals
The Bloor Hot Docs Cinema is currently undergoing renovations in preparation for its official opening in 2012. The cinema will offer year-round programming and will be home to Hot Docs’ monthly Doc Soup Toronto screenings and the annual Hot Docs Canadian International Film Festival. In addition to Hot Docs’ regular programming, the cinema will be available as a rental facility. Rentals will be accommodated into the schedule on a case-by-case basis.

Facilities
The Bloor Hot Docs Cinema is a century-old theatre located in the heart of Toronto’s historic Annex neighbourhood. The 727-seat theatre is currently being renovated and will feature improved seating, enhanced lobby and concessions areas, and a refreshed façade, as well as new projection and sound equipment.
Equipment
The Bloor Hot Docs Cinema will offer audiences a unique experience both visually and acoustically, providing state-of-the-art technology in a historic setting. The renovated cinema’s improvements will include an expansive screen, updated sound system, additional lighting, and new projection equipment.
